NOT MY PLAN BUT GODS PLAN - CHANGE YOUR PERSPECTIVE

NOT MY PLAN BUT GOD'S PLAN - CHANGE YOUR PERSPECTIVE

Are things not going how you envisioned them to go? You are not alone. This year has been extremely life changing for me. Between losing my daughter's father this year and coming back to my hometown this was never a part of the plan.  If I'm being completely honest half of the things that happened was unexpected and came full force and I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO CHOICE BUT TO FACE IT

Sometimes I think to myself about what life would've been if all of those things didn't happen, then I remember that it's all a part of the plan. NOT MY PLAN BUT GOD'S PLAN. Lately I've been heavy on trusting the process because from my experience every time something went wrong , God replaced it with something I couldn't even imagine. It took me a very long time to realize that things don't happen to you, they happen for you.

Did you get your heart broken?

PLEASE DON'T GIVE UP ON LOVE

Your friend betrayed you?

PLEASE DON'T LOOK AT EVERY FRIENDSHIP THE SAME

You lost your job?

PLEASE STAY OPTIMISTIC YOU WILL GET A NEW ONE

You aren't happy?

PLEASE MAKE A EFFORT EVERYDAY TO SMILE

Moral of the story is you have the ability to change your perspective no matter what is going on.

"WE CAN'T CONTROL EVERYTHING , BE OKAY WITH THINGS NOT GOING YOUR WAY, WHILE STILL EXPECTING GREAT THINGS TO HAPPEN FOR YOU BECAUSE YOU DESERVE IT!"

Please don’t take life to serious!

I know we’ve all heard someone say “ Life is not a game ”. I am here with a unpopular opinion. “ Please don’t take life to serious ”. If you are stressing over financial problems, relationship breakup, difficulties at work or school, injury or illness. You are making things harder for yourself and the healing process. Maybe you are going through a hard time financially, you are going through a breakup, maybe a health scare or family drama.   We all know we go through things so why must we make things more difficult than what they are? By having your everyday life issues at the top of your mind how will it help you? I’m not saying to ignore life’s issues but at-least make the best out of them because it’s only temporary. We are all human and we have our moments of uncertainty, moments of weakness and moments we need to heal etc but why not try to still live a fulfilling life despite what’s going on?  I believe going through difficult moments and finding ways to keep you ...

Dealing with Judge mental People, What you need to know!

People form opinions based on their own personal experiences. I wish more people stopped judging others and allowed them to learn and grow. At Least that's how I feel!  We all know that one person who always has something to say. ( You shouldn't do that, it’ll get you in debt. Leave that alone, you’ll ruin your life. Why would you do that, you should be ashamed. ) Most people tell us things because they lived through it but sometimes the approach isn't as warm and welcoming. I'm here to tell you no matter what advice you get, follow your intuition because it never lies. No matter what I've been through, good or bad it has literally made me into the woman I am today. I regret nothing because it taught me a lot! It taught me to embrace my journey, what I didn't want for my future, how incredible I was and what mistakes I was not willing to make again. I had to realize everything that was meant to destroy me only made me stronger and aware of who GOD has placed me ...

3 Reasons you should go to Therapy..

So before I start writing this blog for the second time, Can you believe my phone decided to delete all of the bomb information I had for you guys. So yea, You can see how my Sunday is going!  Are you going through a major life change? Going through a breakup or adjusting to who you are becoming or even still dealing with childhood trauma ? I believe these are all great reasons to consider going to therapy..We all have different ways that we choose to deal with life, but going to therapy has really helped me in healing childhood wounds and forming healthier relationships. A lot of people don't want to admit that they are toxic or need professional help because they are in denial. I'm here to tell you there is nothing to be ashamed of. I spend a great deal of my early 20's reliving the past and being unhealthy in my relationship and with myself. It wasn't because I was a bad person, it was because I didn't understand what healthy relationships or being healthy to ...
