Are you becoming who you desire to be or are you stuck? I think this is the most challenging thing to ask. It is important to get clear on what you want so that you don't fall into the trap of becoming what you don't want to be! Everything we say we want must align with the decisions we make.
REALITY CHECK.
You want to lose weight -> Did you change your diet?
You want to save money -> Did you create a savings plan?
You want a healthy relationship -> Are you actively working on yourself?
It's okay to want to become someone different, better, positive, optimistic etc. Whatever you want to become you are only one decision away from becoming!
Think about 3 things you want and go after it. Set small goals, they eventually turn into big WINS. I challenge you to Become Someone Different & Align with your Future Self.
