Dealing with Judge mental People, What you need to know!

People form opinions based on their own personal experiences. I wish more people stopped judging others and allowed them to learn and grow. At Least that's how I feel!  We all know that one person who always has something to say. ( You shouldn't do that, it’ll get you in debt. Leave that alone, you’ll ruin your life. Why would you do that, you should be ashamed. ) Most people tell us things because they lived through it but sometimes the approach isn't as warm and welcoming. Holding yourself Accountable & Letting It Go!

  Are you going through some s***? Me too! I hope you are holding yourself accountable but also letting the past go! Holding yourself accountable gives you an opportunity to reflect on what you did wrong so you won't make the same mistake twice. Letting it go is important for your mental health! Definition  ( Accountability):  Accountability is the acceptance of responsibility for one's own actions. Benefits of  ( Letting Go):  Letting go can improve your overall health and prevent long-term health problems.
